I support you by guiding and educating you through each stage of the planning process, while allowing you to choose help in the areas you need or all areas—at a lower cost than traditional or full-service planning. The result is that you feel informed, confident, and in control as you create a celebration that’s perfectly suited to you.

Anywhere in the world! I do most of our planning by email, phone, or video chat. Additionally, some hands on services could be handled remotely such as assembling and mailing save the dates or invitations.

You will receive an automatic email advising that I have received your enquiry. Then, I will be in touch within 1-2 business days to follow up on next steps! In addition to email and phone or video calls, I use Google Docs to make communication and tracking easy.

Definitely! In many cases, the coordinator helps with anything related to the day at the venue, but they’re not involved with hiring and managing other vendors, working through budget issues outside of their services, creating the week of or day of timeline, and so on. I’ll help with planning and then tie everything up with a bow for the coordinator.
